What is your cancellation policy?

Our service is pay-as-you-go, so you can cancel at anytime. If you purchased an annual plan, just cancel before your year is up. Give us a phone call and we will help you cancel.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do have a money-back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with our service and cancel within the first 30 days, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Do you offer website hosting?

We do not offer website hosting, but we’ve done our research and we highly recommend WP Engine. Click here for their website.

I have multiple websites. Do you offer a discount?

Yes! We love working with clients with multiple websites. Just get in touch with us before you sign up and we will come up with a generous discount and help you get started.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours depend on the service plan that you have with us. Our support hours for Plan 1 & Plan 2 are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The hours for Plan 3 are 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm.

What if I only need help with a small project?

If you have a small project you need help with, get in touch with us via live chat or send us a message and we will help you out with your project.

Our talented team is located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We all work together in-person, so our communication is on point, and we perform exceptional work.
